We love the feel of this place, including the building amenities, cleanliness, apartment style/layout and the location (a walk to pretty much everything you need!). The management team take this place to another level and went above and beyond to help and accommodate us with choosing the right apartment. We love it and we're so thankful! Shout out to Suzie, Drew, Draven and of course Katherine! :)

I really enjoy the Mill House because it has great staff who manage and keep the property up to date. Highly recommend getting a tour of the property

The leasing team here — Drew, Susie, and Draven — are always friendly and willing to help. They’re quick to respond and make things easy whenever I have a question or need something taken care of. It really makes a difference having such a helpful and approachable team in the office. Also, the building is always clean, smells good, and remains well maintained.
