Calm and Serene Living-Love living here!!
The 72nd has been my home for over 3 years. It's an oasis of calm and quiet. I'm most impressed with Rich, the owner/manager who lives on-site. He and his team are willing to go above and beyond night or day.
Whether you need a studio, 1, 2, or 3-bedroom home, the 72nd is the place to call home. There's assigned parking-or choose secure garage parking with an EV station. Enjoy a spacious, inviting top-floor gym, hot tub, and Bar-B-Que area, along with an enclosed cozy entertainment area for... entertaining your guests.
This area in the Tigard Triangle is convenient to several grocery stores, I-5, 217, and Highway 99W, with easy access no matter which direction you desire to go.

Highly Recommended!
What a great place to live! It has been an absolute joy to live here. I love how everything is clean and always kept up. Landlord is available and maintenance is done as needed, but nothing ever breaks so it’s a pleasure to live here. Super convenient location, you practically don’t need a car here if you work from home.

Dog Friendly!
Highly recommend checking out this apartment. I have had a hard time finding apartments over the years that would take me and my pit bull mix. There were no questions asked when we applied! This place is very clean and tidy, management is kind and responsive! Very close to basically everything with the highway onramp down the street. Highly recommend.

A Gem
I have lived in many apartments over the years and this place was the best. Owner is super responsive to any issues and lives on site, it’s very well cared for, and has great amenities! No having to deal with a mgmt company. Highly recommend. +EV charging!!
