Worst Apartment
The floors and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear literally everything happening above and below you; from a normal conversation to loud music.
Large, loud parties are hosted in many apartments late into the night.
Parking lots are always crowded with children and adults running in the middle of the road.
Constant maintenance issues with the apartment, but the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful.
Management is very condescending, dismissive, and rude when approached with issues in the… apartment. They do not communicate solutions well at all.
