Tenants need to take this property manager to Court
1. They make you pay for everything -including the recent spray painting of the Parking Lot to make it appear as though it was paved and redone.
2. They replaced everyone’s key access to their buildings to fobs late 2023 and that has been included in everyone rent because the tenet clearly has to pay for that. It’s charged as a utility fee.
3. They make you pay for amenity fees, and the gym equipment are dated and usually broken each and every time you go into the fitness room. So before you... pay for the amenity fee, you may want to double check to see if the equipment even work. The pool is usually dirty with green algae so you may want to double check that as well.
4. Most importantly, they make you pay for parking yet there are no security for your cars. In fact the security of your car is your own problem. Cars are being broken into and stolen in this community and they do not have any cameras, even though they say that the community is under camera surveillance.
The buildings have a mold problem. The buildings are smoke-free, but they ignore complaints of people smoking in the building buildings. While Elkins Park is an extremely desirable location the community is crap. And considering that there has not been a positive review since 2020 that should tell you a lot when apartment hunting.
:::: Please note::: the community is gated access not gated secured… there is a fence around the community to make it more private, but anyone can come in and out of it as it is a one entry in and one entry out.
