TVs in all of the bedrooms. The owners will provide complimentary freshly laid eggs, if desired. You may also want to place an order for their Black Angus meat. Practice chipping and driving in the sprawling back yard and chill out on the back patio with fire pit, TV, and charcoal grills for mountaintop views of the horizon. The home is only 4.4 miles to the Country Club or 0.4 miles to the US Open shuttle at Plum High School. Helicopter ready, if that's your preferred mode of transportation. 3 car garage.
Allegheny County hotel tax of 7% paid by renter.
