Please do not waste your time or money. On call maintenance is never on call. You’ll go days without hot water and they do nothing to accommodate you. Let’s start with…the pool will not be opening anytime in the near future. They may as well stop the false advertisement. Your central air does not work in the summer (apartment reading 80 degrees when it’s 90 outside) and the heat does not work in the winter (apartment reading 65 degrees when it’s 16 outside). Hello my name is Melissa and I have been living here at tacony Crossing for over 30 days though it's still early on with my move here I love my apartment and the parking here is great which was an issue where I lived before if I came in after a certain time I would have had to park blocks away so having parking was on my must-have list when I was searching for an apartment. The rooms are roomy so big and spacious. I was able to get all my furniture in each room and still have space to add more.… I love having a balcony too. Ms. Amy in the leasing office is so very nice. Not only did she work within my budget she's very pleasant and she did everything she said she was going to do. I have been looking for a two-bedroom apartment for almost 7 months before I found this place and my application was accepted and she called me back in one day to tell me that I had the apartment. My experience was so good with the whole process I recommended a few people to check this place out. I'm looking forward to the pool next summer since I came right when the pool was about to close.
