Pretty nice, walls are thin
Everything is modern, decent part of Scranton to live in. Allows pets which is nice. Issues are walls are incredibly thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing even opening closets. It’s overpriced, and there’s limited parking. Landlord promised lot next door was available but have found notes on my car saying they will tow when parking there.

Our parking ratio at 1010 Lofts is 1:1. Each apartment receives one off street spot in our lot that is included in the rental price. The lot next door is not JBAS Realty's lot. We were referring to the paper road in the back in the building that... butts up against ours (not the paved lot). All demising walls between units are framed out and insulated to reduce sound.
