STAY AWAY!

Stay far away from this building! It's infested with mice, plagued by mold, and suffers from abysmal management and maintenance. Every year, they shut off the AC for maintenance, leaving residents to endure indoor temperatures of 84°F without providing any portable units or addressing the recurring issue. The staff, including the manager, are incredibly rude and unhelpful, even resorting to hanging up on renters when they can't provide solutions. Maintenance requests languish for months without… resolution. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere to live!

***WARNING!!! BEWARE!!!***

PLEASE!!! Before signing your lease with Regency Towers/Galman Group, make sure you understand the ending terms of the lease especially how it automatically renews unless you agree to move out within their mandated time frame. The rent increases every year. This is not a friendly community and they are only out for themselves. If you're planning on moving here and have any doubts, follow you instinct or else you will regret it.

***WARNING!!! BEWARE!!!***

PLEASE!!! Before you sign a lease for Regency Towers (Galman Group), pay an attorney to review it so you know exactly what you're signing up for. It will be money well spent, trust me. If not, you may be stuck in their automatic lease renewal and if you don't move out within the time frame they mandate then you may have to pay 4 months of rent to break the lease. Your lease will NOT be the typical month to month, 30 days notice after it ends. I hope this message helps someone from a very costly… experience. Also, expect lots of maintenance issues. The washer, dryer, and bathrooms are outdated.

Flooding Nightmare

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The other reviews about maintenance problems are accurate. I lived here for 9 months and experienced flooding, broken washing machine, broken dishwasher, broken A/C unit, etc. Someone's dirty bath water flooded into my kitchen sink daily. The property manager, Jessica, tried to blame me for the flooding. Please AVOID this property at all costs!

Good on paper AWFUL in reality

This place has got to be one of the most poorly managed buildings I have ever seen. The apartments themselves are nice but everything else about it is horrible. There are always water line shut downs so there are multiple days a month where we don’t have hot water. The rules are ridiculous. I would only recommend living here if you are 70+
