Terrible Management

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Terrible management. We had signed a lease for June 1st. Stopped receiving any contact about our unit, we sent several emails, texts, calls, etc with absolutely no answer. Got a call on June 5th saying that our unit wouldn't be ready until July 10th because the tenant wanted to stay another month. Luckily we were in a position to stay where we are, but for those that can't, this place is not it. We also heard from others that they were left homeless for 2… weeks or more without any contact. Plus people that live there told us and I quote "Good luck getting in contact with the leasing office even after you move in." I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off spending a little more if you can cut corners financially in other parts of your budget to be better taken care of somewhere else.

Bad scheduling and bad vibes

We reached out to tour an available unit, received a text message about scheduling it, and booked a tour for later the same day. After driving from Massachusetts to see it we were told that there was no apartments available to tour and that they use AI to book their appointments so it wasn’t a human texting us. If you make an appointment make sure you talk with a real person so you don’t waste your time like we did.
Also the front desk folk seemed confused and there was a manager loudly and… rudely talking on the phone in the lobby to a tenant.
Just generally snooty, bad vibes even thought it’s cheaper than the other places we toured.
I wouldn’t bother.
