Genuinely bad complex and management
My experience living at 35 Folly Apartments was disappointing from start to finish. The common areas were often dirty and poorly maintained, and the thin walls and poor construction meant I could hear neighbors at all hours. After moving out, things only got worse. Despite returning the keys and providing my forwarding address, I still have not received my security deposit refund, despite many requests. Every time I am assured they will send it, then it never comes, a complete joke.... Communication from management has been slow and unhelpful. Between the noise, lack of upkeep, and unprofessional handling of residents’ deposits, I cannot recommend this property.
