Run

They paint, put in new flooring and band aid fix the main things just to sucker people to move in. It’s like buying a lemon car. Look shiny and new on the surface but as you drive it. Stuff keeps falling apart. You try to bring it back to the dealer but they say nothing is wrong.

Not the worst but not the best either

I’ve needed maintenance since the week I moved in which is extremely frustrating and disappointing but they have been amazingly helpful especially Toshi, Travis & Gary
I have so many electrical socket to my house that don’t work and maintenance tried everything they could unfortunately they weren’t able to fix the problem and now been waiting on the owners I guess to send out an electrician (it’s been 2 months)
Definitely be prepared to clean while you move it I was told the place is cleaned… before you move in I was finding the previous tenants hair all over the place. It’s a nice place for the most part the living space is nice kitchen space is harder to get organized there’s not enough storage but can make do if you can find somewhere else for the same price id say for it for
The school is also wonderful I was told a lot of different stories but so far they have been great and my kids really enjoy it.

Keep looking. You do not want to live here!!!

Horrible management. Maintenance never fixes the issues. The air ducts are not connected upstairs. So there is no air upstairs in the Summer and no heat in the winter. If you ride out here, you will see that there are air conditioning units or fans in the windows of the apartments. Kids run crazy and destroying things and are disrespectful. There is a pool, but it's never open. Outside lighting is bad. You wake up to hearing gunshots weekly. Apple Valley is in it's backyard. There is always… vacancies because people move out as quickly as they move in. There is absolutely no storage in these units.

Stay clear of this place

Horrible management. Maintenance never fixes the issues. You pay for pest control but they don't come out. Kids run crazy and destroying things and are disrespectful. Management never answers. You can't get a real person on the phone and nobody is on-site.

Get Straight to The Point At St.Andrews Pointe

Its a wonderful place to stay I love the spacious master bedroom and up and down stairs
