There is a need for better parking and more lighting. With the price of rent and all of the extra fees it's not worth the total price. The dig park is a great addition but somehow a park to take your kids and family was not included.

Rowan is where I call home. July 2025 will 2 years calling this home. was one of the first tenants to live on this property. Saw this property when it hard about two tenants. I love this community.

“I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment! The space is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel comfortable and inviting. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top-notch and kept in excellent condition. It’s also a pet-friendly community, which has made it even more enjoyable for me and... my furry companions. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and welcoming place to call home!
