I wanted to share my honest experience living at The Roost, to help future residents. While the complex has potential, my time here has unfortunately been quite frustrating due to a few ongoing issues.Communication: The office staff seems a bit disorganized. It is hard to get a straight answer because you often end up speaking with different people who give different information, making it tough to resolve issues. I see them trying with new management. Maintenance: We have faced some major... delays with repairs. I went without hot water for a full week, and the air conditioning has gone out on numerous occasions. Amenities like the pool were also frequently closed or unavailable.Safety: There have been some safety and concerns around the property through out my time here. This is especially worrying because the gate is often broken and left open.Overall, for the price of rent, I feel like the maintenance and communication could be much better.

I really love the new staff they are attentive and very helpful. They are always quick to respond to emails or request. They are very person friendly and they make The Roost feel like home.

I like it overall, I've been staying here for 3 years. I haven’t noticed any improvement lately, I do feel as if they make it hard for the tenants that stay out here to live comfortable. I feel as if they put all a lot of orders in place to insure a safe environment but doesn't engage with others to see how they would feel. The visitor protocols has gotten outrages, so far only 5 per month which is crazy. There are several people out here that aren’t all students. If you want to apply student... rules only allow them to stay out here. Some people work too hard to shorten their visitors availability because of the policy.

Front desk and tour guide person was very kind and positive. I love the apartment and cool amenities. I definitely recommend. Also they offer shuttle services to University.
