Pros: Wonderful location, amenable staff, and great amenities. One of the best gyms in any apartment downtown. New staff fixed the pool and are on top of maintenance. Concrete construction means fewer noise issues. I cannot think of a superior living community in downtown Greenville!
Cons: No guest parking. Former management company had excellent socials and property events. I hope current management will reemphasize events in the new year.

Hello!
I want to share my experience of living in a DECA building. Overall, I am satisfied with the conditions - the apartment is very comfortable and the location is convenient for my needs. I especially want to note the cleanliness in the entrance, good sound insulation or convenient Parking.
I encountered some small problems, for example, a weak Wi-Fi signal at the place of work from home, but they were quickly solved thanks to your attention to detail.
In fact, there are not even any... ideas to improve the living conditions in this building, everything is fully sufficient and comfortable. I really love that the building has a spacious room with two large shower room for washing pets, as well as a furdryer. It’s incredibly convenient! Additionally, there are always treats available for the dogs, which makes taking care of them even more enjoyable.
In general, me, my husband and our four-legged friend like to live here, and I will be happy to recommend DECA apartments to friends.

Everyone has been terrific. From the leasing office to maintenance, we have been treated like royalty since our arrival. There has been ample parking, carts are available for unloading and the elevators seem to be available as necessary.
