The Aster Apartments

Move-in at this complex has been frustrating. While the maintenance team handled a running toilet quickly, larger issues remain unresolved 2 weeks later.

Our dryer's heating element hasn't worked since we moved in. Despite two repair attempts over more than a week, it still doesn't dry clothes, and office staff tried to pass this off as normal when we called to follow up. On top of that, our glass shower door is improperly sealed, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time it's... used.

Clean, quiet at night. Feel safe. The amenities are outstanding. The office personnel are easy to reach when you need them. It’s been a great experience so far.

I have only been here a couple of months. The staff is great and made the move in process nice and easy. If it stays like this I will probably be here for a while.

Danielle, the property manager, is amazing. She's always friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the residents. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in the community and works hard to make sure everyone has a positive experience.

The rest of the office team is just as great. They're always welcoming when you... stop by, quick to answer questions, and willing to help however they can. It's refreshing to deal with people who actually seem to care.

The maintenance team is awesome too. Any time I've put in a work order, it's been taken care of quickly and professionally. They're friendly, respectful, and do quality work.

Overall, The Aster feels like a community rather than just another apartment complex. The staff really make all the difference, and I'm grateful to call this place home. I would definitely recommend The Aster to anyone looking for a place in the Mauldin area. Read More

Everything has been great other than the noise above us! Just constant stomping around at all times of the day almost everyday. But other than that the staff has been amazing and the amenities are great.
