Office staff and maintenance is very friendly and prompt. You can tell they actually care whenever you come into the office and they are always around to answer any questions. Been here for 2 years!

Great place to live. Mauldin is very safe and has a good police presence. The complex is clean and has good amenities for adults, children, and animals.

I just moved into The Aster Apartments in Mauldin and honestly, it was one of the easiest moves I have ever had. I was expecting the usual stress, tons of paperwork, confusion, and last minute issues, but it really was not like that. I’m not even exaggerating when I say I’ve had such a good experience at The Aster in Mauldin. Moving is usually stressful, but it honestly didn’t feel that way here.

Danielle, the manager, is just genuinely nice. Even came out to greet me during my move-in.

Jared is super chill and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a random question or needed help with something small, he’s been quick to respond and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him.

And Joseph made the whole leasing process way... less intimidating than I thought it would be. He explained everything in normal language, answered all my questions, and was just really patient the whole time.

The property itself is clean and pretty quiet, which I love. Maintenance has been fast when I needed them, and overall it just feels comfortable here. It doesn’t feel chaotic or neglected — it feels taken care of.
