I was so nervous to move into my own apartment, but the day I came for a tour that changed. Everyone that’s helped me has been so nice. They made it fun, answered any questions I had about where things were, and they have cute events to bring people together. The pool, tennis court, ponds, ducks; everything is beautiful. I am so happy I found a place for my new beginning. Loves it!

I have been here going on 7 years. This is a beautiful, well maintained complex. The staff and team are exceptional. We have the most wonderful porches! I sit for hours and listen to the birds singing! And our pool; you feel like you live in a resort. I love living here. Great location, private and easy to get anywhere in no time.

I have lived in the community for 5 years and loved every minute. Staff is very fast at responding when any concerns occurred. Loved the dog park, and pool area.

I've lived here for ten years which should say something right there about how satisfying it is to live here. Besides the obvious fantastic amenities that you can see online, what you can't see is the wonderful and helpful office staff and the excellent maintenance we experience every day. When you choose an apartment complex, you may be awed by the look of the apartments but when it comes down to what's important, you need to be able to count on the staff that works there. Palmetto Pointe... has 24 hour, 7 days a week maintenance on call whenever an emergency happens. And when you need anything fixed or replaced in your apartment, they are right there for you. The office staff strives to work with you whenever you need them. Nothing compares to the people who work here. The office staff and maintenance teams are outstanding, always willing to help, with a smile on their faces and treating those that live here like family.

Maintenance is exceptional. Always there when you need them and most of the time respond the same day. Landscaping is beautiful always. Safety is a top priority.

Activities are planned by the staff usually every month. It's so much fun here.

I have never been happier, felt safer in an... environment that truly takes care of those living here. I am so grateful I found my home at Palmetto Pointe.
