The apartments are new and beautiful. I love the layout and space you get, makes your apartment very homey. The amenities are great! The community and neighborhood are fairly quiet as well.

The apartment's excellent condition and the maintenance team's prompt responsiveness are noteworthy. Operational efficiency appears consistent, despite recent management transitions. However, additional amenities would be a valuable enhancement.

The community would be much safer with cameras. There are tons of kids living around here, and in just a few months a murder, auto theft, and an arrest all happened IN MY BUILDING! And the cameras would also deter people leaving their dog crap, which is everywhere all the time.
But, I will say that every time I call about it to be picked up Steve is right on it. and he is always there to help and get things fixed very quickly.
