college pointe apartments

This, by far, is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The management and office staff is always helpful and sweet. I feel like they are always putting the residents first. They even do these little event at the office once a week and I appreciate that because it gives you a chance to meet your neighbors. The apartment space is pretty nice. Even through you get 2 or 3 roommates, the only time you have to deal with them is in the living room or kitchen. Each bedroom has their own bathroom so… that was a plus. They are the only complex that is gated and I really like that.

Super Easy

College Pointe is a really chill place to live. The apartments and bedrooms have a good amount of space and it’s within walking distance to Upstate’s campus which has been really convenient. The office staff are super helpful and the maintenance team is really responsive too. Also, they always have some kind of deal for new renters which is really nice when you want to sign a lease.

It is an amazing place to live. All the staff and management are very polite and sweet. Overall this is my first time living off campus but I think it a great experience.

College Pointe, affordable living

College Pointe is a quiet community that despite the name, does not require you actually attend college. Offers 3 room and 4 room options with individual bathrooms that are inside rooms as well as a full (but small) kitchen and common living area. Drier and Wash connected. I found it to be the least expensive in the area while still offering the best experience.
