Look Elsewhere

Lived here for several years. It used to be great, very clean, everything kept up. It's gone down hill so far & management is very strange. Their demands are out of order but you won't know that until you get settled. There are no amenities at all - some places have washer/dryer in apartment - because they don't have a floor laundry facility. Plus the appliances are so old, blue buildings are so hot - even in the winter time you can barely breath, hallways or inside apartment. It's nice to… be warm - but 80 degrees in the wintertime is ridiculous. Security doors with calling feature doesn't work & packages aren't delivered to apartments and are sometimes locked up in the office for days & you aren't notified about anything. We play hide & go seek for notices, packages, everything. You have to search for notices. If you are the stay-at-home type - go elsewhere - expensive for nothing. Age is catching up to everything here - there isn't even any grass. Just mud. Common areas aren't kept up at all anymore. Don't expect security.

Look elsewhere

I have lived here for almost six years. These apartments have gone down hill in those years. Repairs take long.... the parking lot is in shambles.... halls and entryways are no longer cleaned..... look elsewhere to avoid a heartache.....

living here

I have lived here in this apartment for 10 years
I LOVE IT HERE
the staff is great they will help you out of any problems that you may have (they even put air in my tire so I could get my car out of the garage last year) the hallways and lobby area is always kept clean and if something stops working in your apartment maintenance is there right away to fix it.
I live alone now(with my cat) but I feel safe and secure here it is a quite place when my husband and I were looking for a place to live… the location was my first priority but when I seen that the blue apartment building also came with there own laundry room and 1/2 garage i was sold I told my husband that this was the place for me and I have been here ever since NEVER WONT TO LEAVE HERE

Highly Recommended

I lived here from 2009 to 2012. I never had an issue. Maintenance issues were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly and professional. I only moved out to move into a bigger place with more amenities .
