they don't care about tenants.
I've been here for about 2 years now and the AC has broken twice and both times they've been extremely unhelpful and reluctant to do anything about it. Unacceptable for how expensive this place is. It's 85 degrees in here and their advice was to "open a window and wait till Monday, we'll have a guy look at it." no, dispatch an HVAC tech. There's plenty of 24/7 services you could send to help us, I don't understand why they think this is acceptable.

Regarding the microwave,... we addressed the issue as quickly as possible, considering the need for specialized equipment and rewiring. We recognize the challenges posed by the aging A/C units at The Preserve and are actively working towards a long-term solution.
