Luxury? Not really
The staff (especially maintenance and the manager) is unprofessional and treat maintenance requests like a popularity contest. If you schmooze to their standard they will fix your fuse box, door gaps, wasps swarms, if not they say do it yourself and close your maintenance tickets. The root cause is laziness and shortcut which cause more problems down the line. They do not care if you work from home they barge in with less than 24 hours notice for “inspections” but cannot bother to address... maintenance requests. If you want a quiet place look elsewhere. Neighbors with loud bass in their cars and homes vibrate your walls at all hours.
