They told me that I make too much money and I only make 12k a year if I get the amount of hours I get. I told her that I would possibly get more hours, and even if I worked 40 hours I would only get 23k. She told me that for sure the 40 hours is too much, but proceeded to give me paper work which was nice I guess. She came off extremely friendly but I could tell she was lying. I also asked if I could get paperwork for a 3 bedroom because I may end up getting 3 roommates and she told me that 3… bedrooms are not available, even though when I walked in and asked what was available she said 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. I have been here over 1 year. It’s quiet, comfortable, pet friendly and affordable. There are monthly inspections and maintenance is available 24/7. Very good experience. I would certainly recommend.

Nice complex, nice apartment, decent prices, but they do monthly filter changes instead of allowing residents to do them.
