    Heritage Court by Skeen Rentals

This is the first place I have lived where the land lord acted like they actually cared about the building and their renters. If there's anything that needs fixed, it will be taken care of the first day I call them about it. The price is fair for the space and pets are allowed. The building is convenient walking distance to many stores and to Carson-Newman University. The building has a nice little courtyard that is well maintained. The land lords have even been very understanding if I had to pay late a couple times.
The only thing keeping this from five stars is that the apartments don't have washer and dryer hook-ups, and although they have washers and dryers in the building, they are expensive and tiny. Also the neighbors and their kids can be a little loud at times.
