Simple move in process. Excellent location for walking to restaurants, bars, baseball park, Farmers Market. Very dog friendly neighborhood.

I love living here, I’ve been in my apartment for almost 3 years at the Hamilton and I love it, I love the area and the neighborhood. I can’t wait to use the pool in the summer time

Nothing but positive things to say about my recent move in experience, especially with Simone who coordinated everything. She did a stellar job answering a laundry list of all my questions over the past few weeks as I wasn’t able to check out the property in person being out of state. She is super friendly with a positive attitude which makes the move in experience a whole lot better. I had the opportunity to also meet the rest of the leasing team, including the manager David, and they’re all... really nice & accommodating. I would definitely recommend anyone moving to Nashville to check this place out which is not only located right in Germantown, but also has great amenities and services as well !

H & H has been such a great experience! One of my favorite places I have lived in Nashville. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I do wish there were more events!
