Lack of Communication and Security Issues

I have lived here since the apartment complex was Cortland Bellevue and before that Accent. I was pleased with the property and staff at that time. However, since the property management company changed abruptly a few months ago, I've had several issues with how things have been handled as well as safety concerns. A friend's car was broken into on New Year's Eve. I sent an email to the leasing office expressing my concerns and I still have not heard back from them. I also typically get more… updates and pertinent information from my Bellevue Facebook group as opposed to what management and the leasing office offers. Long story short, I do not feel safe in my apartment and I'm looking to move when my lease is up.

Friendly Staff and Amazing Community

I just started the leasing process and Cortland Bellevue has been amazing so far. The staff have been so helpful, kind, informative, and quick to answer any questions I may have. Faith was quick to help me reschedule my move-in orientation but still communicate everything that I needed beforehand so I knew what to do. Overall I cannot wait to move in and live in this wonderful community!

Arkeba is amazing!

My roommate and I love it here at Cortland.
They take care of our requests and needs as soon as they can.
The community is so clean and beautiful!
The entire office is great- but Arkeba is top of the line. She helped us secure our apartment and walk us through all the steps needed for move-in day. Always a pleasure to see her around the complex :)

Maintenance is always quick to respond. I've never felt unsafe. The team at Cortland has always responded really quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The rent is reasonable.

Great Community

Very friendly staff in the front office. Amenities are decent (the gym specifically could use an update). Nice area with beautiful views. I want to specifically highlight how great the maintenance team is. Nelson G. is absolutely amazing and should be recognized for all he does. He is always so kind, polite, and efficient in his work when he comes by, whether for routine maintenance or a service request. I have really been enjoying my time at Cortland.
