Verified Renter

There are zero amenities (not even a community garden which would cost the property next to nothing to implement). Maintenance is shoddy and frequently requires call backs to complete a repair properly.

On top of the fact that you already don't get your money's worth, the property management is increasing rent each year at rates not in alignment with the market.

Sarah was super helpful during our move in transition! The community and home is very clean. And let’s talk about location… the location is perfect! Beat perk so far is the Trash pick up, easy as sit it outside your door and they come get it!

There are no amenities, people leave garbage piled up on by their front doors, the access to interstates for commutes is extremely poor, and the year over year rent hikes are ridiculous even when other properties are keeping rent steady. Combine it all and I’m not surprised to see people moving out.

So peaceful living here! Me and my husband are so happy we chose to live at Hickory Hill community we love it here! You can go out for a walk and not be scared to walk outside.
