Timber Ridge great Location & Staff

Timber Ridge Apartments is nice place to move in to being new to Texas. The Staff is great and very friendly AND they love dogs. Sorrell was the super awesome and very helpful when I came in to inquire about an apartment. I had questions being that I have never rented an apartment before and she was able answered all of them for me plus give me some place to go being new to Abilene.

Great community

Touring the community and looking for my first apartment. Timber Ridge employees were sweet and the environment was clean you can definitely tell the property is being taken care of.

Good Community

Would recommend

Anytime I have ever had a problem they have always been on top of it. The office management is very friendly and attentive and so are the maintenance people.

Not too shabby

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and just re-signed our lease, when we moved in this place was kind of a disaster..the building was falling apart and some stuff wasn’t working but over the last year the wonderful office ladies and maintenance team have gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and have also done A LOT of beautiful improvements to the property. I moved here from SD very afraid of something new and Timber Ridge gave us a home and friends and I… am forever grateful that this was my first home in Texas
