Hace 2 meses llegó una nueva administración y esto se volvió un desastre las chicas que están para atender a los inquilinos y nuevos residentes y publico en general son groseras malas educadas e ineficientes nuencan dan una solución a las situaciones. Toda la nueva administración no sirven para nada tratan mal a los inquilinos. Ojalá regrese el grupo de personas amables que estaban anteriormente.
No alquilen aquí después que estén dentro todo cambiará para mal con la gente de la oficina.

Community of bent trees is a great place to live, it is in a great location with plenty of things to do. Absolutely love the facilities on site as well as Neighbours and the community events that always happen every other week, it is super friendly for kids families and pets highly recommend checking this department out for your next move

We loved the layout of our unit and the location of Communities of Bent Tree, but ultimately only stayed one year. We had contractors fixing things in our apartment every single month, sometimes multiple times a month, and sometimes returning to fix things that they broke or did not properly fix the first time while in our unit. Our apartment always smelled like marijuana, despite reporting it and using an air purifier. Work people regularly entered our apartment without calling to let us know,... and never left a note. The sub-flooring was so bad/old that we were regularly woken up by our upstairs neighbor, and had guests frightened by the extremely load creaking upstairs. We had multiple leaks in the back door and in our ceiling, and even had to have mold removed in multiple places. We were excited to live at CBT, but ultimately it was an extremely disappointing experience.
