Maintenance has been here 3 times and I still have blinds that I cannot open and close. They apparently come in and get them to close, but the very next time I raise it, the same thing happens. I don’t think adequately working blinds is is an extreme request for where I live.

We love our apartment, but we have not been impressed with the level of service from the management team. The work orders we have put in, which unfortunately have been many, take 2-4 weeks for them to fix, and that is after significant pestering, both online and in person. Even when things are addressed, such as pest control, it’s not addressed in the room we requested, which does not help the situation. Love the location and layout of the apartment, but extremely unhappy with the management and... repairs.

Community of Bent Tree has been making major improvements since I been here. It’s a really peaceful place to live. When I go into the office they always have snacks and drinks for all. The staff welcomes you as soon as your enter the door.
