Review of Debbie Lane Flats
- Unprofessional Move-Ins: Many neighbors, including myself, experienced poorly managed move-ins with cleanliness standards that were far below expectations.
- *Valet Trash Issues*: Residents on the 2nd and 3rd floors are charged for valet trash services, but pickups are inconsistent, often leaving us frustrated.
- Pest Problems: The presence of ants, roaches, and other pests is rampant, with no effective pest control measures in place. It's disheartening to see... these bugs lined up outside the buildings regularly.
- Lack of Maintenance: The buildings are power washed with a simple hose instead of receiving professional cleaning, leading to unappealing appearances and pest issues.
- Ineffective Pest Control: There’s little to no pest control provided inside or outside, making walks to our units an unpleasant experience.
- Unresponsive Management: When complaints are raised, the staff often claim ignorance despite several of them living on the property. Their lack of engagement is frustrating.
- Vacancy Issues: Many units remain empty as current residents wouldn’t recommend living here to others.
- Limited Amenities Hours: The leasing office and amenities close by 6 PM, which limits options for enjoying activities like watching games or playing pool after work.
- Dirty Dog Park: The dog park is often littered with trash from the nearby gas station, posing hazards for our pets.
Final Thoughts
Overall, my experience at Debbie Lane Flats has been disappointing. The combination of poor management, pest issues, and limited amenities makes it feel like it's not worth the investment. I'm ready to find a new place that better meets my needs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Since your review is anonymous, we cannot reach out to you directly, however, we would like to address the concerns mentioned in this review. Our maintenance team does use a power washer for thorough... cleaning of the exterior. While the recent weather has increased insect activity, we haven't seen a rise in pest reports, and pest control is on-site to service any complaints and provide maintenance treatments every Friday. Residents are encouraged to report any issues anytime.
Additionally, the valet trash service operates five days a week (Sunday-Thursday). While missed pickups can happen, we have not seen widespread complaints regarding this. Lastly, our dog park is well-maintained, and we work hard to keep it clean.
In case you weren’t aware, while the clubhouse does close at six, it can be reserved for resident use until 10PM and the Fitness Center is accessible 24 hours a day.
