If I could give 0 stars I would. When I moved in, they didn't have my apartment ready and there was someone inside still living in my supposed apartment, so I had to go down to the office and complain. Then they switched my apartment that I had to move into, but it wasn't ready, and I had to wait 4 hours. Once I finally got in my apartment there was no light in my closet, and my blinds were broken. I've been here for almost 1 semester now and put in multiple workorders, yet my blinds are still... broken. There was also no hot water at all in the apartment, me and my roommates were all taking cold showers for a month and a half, until they finally fixed it after we complained 5 times. The water only got fixed because my roommate went to the office to complain again and when Daphne was just basically ignoring what she had to say the guy who works here overheard her and he went to fix it right away. So basically, Daphne doesn't care to report problems or something. Also, there was a time where I paid my check on time the 1st of the month (when I asked for a receipt they refused and said their printer wasn't working) then towards the end of the month I get an eviction notice from midtown urban saying I haven't paid my rent and I went immediately to tell them I did in fact pay my rent but Daphne said she "couldn't find my check" I made her check all the checks they had received and look no further my check was in fact there. I also had late fees because of their mistake, and they said they would take it off, but they never got taken off and I refuse to pay late fees for something that wasn't late. I also complained about bugs in our apartment, and they said someone would come in 1 week but 1 month passed and nobody came, and we still have bugs. The smoke detector in the kitchen goes off for no reason as well as when we turn on the heater it makes the whole apartment smell like a fire was happening inside. Overall management is just awful, unhelpful and I don't recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy.
