Love living here — moving here has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The entire experience, from touring to move-in and beyond, has been seamless. The leasing office team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference day to day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is consistently well kept. It feels like a place where residents are valued and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone looking... for a well-managed and welcoming community!

Overall, a great community in a great location. Some minor inconveniences every now and again but AGR usually does a good job handling them. They do try to increase rent at every renewal for long-term residents while offering cheaper rates to new tenants so I don't find that fair at all.
