The management team is highly unprofessional and treat the residents as if we were kids that are being reprimanded. All of the amenities happen to be broke and not able to be used versus management handling individuals with issues not taking amenities away from everybody for the mistake of certain people. If the pool is not closed due to something ridiculous it's the elevator that's down for days which forces us to climb the stairs. If it's not those two then it's the package room that's not... accessible unless the office is open. I applied for the La Cima apartments in January for one bedroom one bathroom apartment. I was initially working with a woman named Karina who showed me the apartment and handle my case. While trying to send documents to Karina for the apartment she failed to notify that the apartment was already taken. I called and sent emails but no response. I didn’t know the apartment was taken until I went into the location two weeks later after going back and forth with the management team in Florida.... Meaning I was talking to 3 different people bout trying to get in contact with Karina. I then went to the complex to find out she was not at work and hasn’t been at work. So since she was not there and the apartment was taken the manager Kim assisted me. Kim did not work with me on getting a one bed room or putting me on a list she instead opted for me to get a two bed room two bath room apartment which I had to go through the process all over again. After two months they I find out that the place is not in my budget and once again they denied my application. This place is very unorganized and they lack communication. I wish I could post pictures of my emails and calls back and forth. Now it is March and I found a place that was great in communication, and affordable. They helped me into my new home in 3 days.
