No Parking/Loud USELESS AMAZON LOCKER

The good thing about the property is that they are modern and look pretty nice. But the biggest take away is that there is no parking. There are more units than spaces inside the parking garage and out and being in a high density area there is no need for residence to feel like they have to pay to park in order to be home or compete with other tenants for spaces. Please keep in mind that if you are looking to move here you may feel like you can’t leave without not feeling like you have a spot to... come back to you. Second off there is a music venue across the street and it is very loud. They should have kept in mind that that venue would perform concerts every once in a while and the walls are very thin and you can hear the music very loudly. Third, they have a Amazon look at it has not been working for months what’s the point of having the Amazon locker if it has no service to it.
