?? Mi hogar en The Paddock ??

Vivo en The Paddock desde el 2018 y realmente lo considero mi hogar. Durante todos estos años me he sentido muy feliz aquí. El servicio al cliente es excelente: el personal de la oficina y todo el equipo siempre han sido amables, respetuosos, empáticos y con una gran disposición para ayudar a la comunidad. ??

La propiedad siempre está limpia y bien cuidada, y se nota el esfuerzo constante por mantener todo en orden y hacer que los residentes nos sintamos cómodos.... Además, la ubicación es perfecta — cerca de todo lo que necesito.

Agradezco sinceramente todos estos años de bienestar y atención. ¡The Paddock es, sin duda, un lugar donde uno se siente en casa! ???

Love it here so far. The apts are nice clean and quiet. The office staff is very polite. Even though my process of moving in was delayed, they made sure to stay on top of everything until the process was complete. I have not complaints

Ongoing Infestation and Poor Management Response

Living here has become unbearable due to an ongoing roach infestation that affects multiple units. I’ve spoken with several neighbors, and we’re all dealing with the same issues: roaches, water damage, and mold. Despite multiple complaints and work orders, management has failed to properly address the problem. The front office even told me that “three roaches a day doesn’t mean infestation,” which is dismissive and insensitive to the severity of the situation.

Roaches crawl from the cracks in... the walls, invade my children’s restroom, my cat’s food bowl, and even my fruit bowl. It’s impossible to live peacefully in these conditions, and the lack of empathy from management has made the experience even worse.

If you value your health and sanity, I would strongly reconsider moving here until they resolve the ongoing pest and maintenance issues. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and provide the basic living conditions tenants deserve.
