Location and value! Units need some updates but otherwise it’s a great place to call home. Can’t beat the location and it’s a great value as well.

They're all okay, just them doing their jobs. Have some stores, lakes, parks and a bus stops nearby is a plus for all in one. Texas is hot, stay hydrated.

It’s been pretty nice, the place is kind of messy and maintenance could be a lot better, but they help when needed. Like when my toilet had a leak they were there to fix it the next day.
