Low cost, convenient to HEB and I 35. Big issue to me are the roaches keep coming back and endless construction around I 35, and keep raising utilities bill.

Reliable and efficient pricing for what you get. Only downsides would be the inconsistent availability of the pool and one of doors leading to the mail room from near building 1 being non-functional

Location and it’s affordable. Depending on what layout you choose it is hit or miss when it comes to roommates. It’s great when all the included amenities are working.
