A Hidden Gem - in The colony

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here at Avendale at The Colony. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Brittany & Stephanie are amazing in the office.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and rental community.

This is a gem!

Unique, private residence-like apartments with a cul-de-sac feel and resort-style amenities.

Both Stephanie and Brittany went above-and-beyond to make the process seamless and supportive. Brittany quickly responded to each query (no matter how minor!) and had everything pulled-together on move-in day.

Highly recommend Avendale at the Colony!!!

Awesome in every way!

Everyone here is just absolutely amazing!
When i didn’t turn on my AC, maintenance came to check on me and make sure I am alright and the ac works, everyone in the office is amazing, the property is clean, well kept, communication is great and the people who live here awesome. It feels like home and I can’t imagine myself ever wanting to move. I have lived in many places and Avendale is the best in every way. You will feel so welcome here
