I have lived here for two years and never got the restroom fixed. It has smelled like mold since I moved in. The staff has no manners once so ever. They answer the phone but put the phones down while you are speaking then hang up on you. They never come and fix anything. I have needed my door fixed for two years cause it will not close correctly. They are more worried about fixing the apartments that are empty and ignore the ones who live here. The balconies are broken and you can see where they... are bowing and cracked ready to break. They are very dangerous to walk on or even go outside to sit and enjoy the day without being scared that they are going to break under you. The pool just got fixed after two years. This is not a place you want to invest in living in. Lastly when you pay your rent the site you pay on charges you almost ten dollars. Then a couple days later they charge you the water bill and again have to pay almost ten dollars to pay it. With those two bills you have paid twenty dollars.

DO NOT RENT APARTMENT 16D! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT 16D! There is absolutely no way that apartment can be move in ready the tenants from that apartment had so many issues that the office did not resolve! The tub was disgusting, there are holes in the wall, holes in the ceiling! The upstairs neighbor constantly had water overflowing and the water would come down the wall, the ceiling fans had water seeping out of them! There is mold throughout the entire apartment. There is prostitution going on... through the apartment complex! And these problems can NOT be blamed on the pandemic because these apartments were like that since before!

the person in charge is the worst! It never solves anything forcing you to pay more than $ 200 for water! when you have no way to spend it they don't give you a bill, they never fix anything and something is always broken the maintenance people have no idea how to fix anything and the people in the office are rude please consider being here, it's hell
