AVOID
Horrible place to live. I lived here since 2021. It had potential at the time- gorgeous design and modern look. However, I wasn’t from the area and didn’t realize it is in a ROUGH part of town. Since then management has changed upwards of 4 times, getting worse with every turnover.
There were times when the hvac filters were routinely changed out to- not at all. Pest control used to spray each unit and I hadn’t seen them in the last year and a half I was there. But of course you’ll still get... the monthly bill for all this. We had carpeted halls with no valet trash. The residents began leaving their rotting trash bags in the hall for several days at a time, with leaks onto the carpets and no consequence.
There’s dog poop everywhere. It was embarrassing to have people over because they would complain about smells in the stairways. My unit had a ceiling leak at least 3 times while I lived there. Twice they had to completely tear out the drywall and patch it up. I had the ac go out in the middle of the Texas summer multiple times.
The current leasing staff- Tina and Jasmine are so horrible, I’m glad to have left. I have never walked by the office and not seen Tina on her cellphone and she seems annoyed to have to deal with anything. Jasmine was a new hire and had the most horrendous attitude- i don’t know how she can speak to people in the most degrading tone and not feel badly. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
To make matters worse, I left my place absolutely spotless and was charged $150 for ‘cleaning and paint touch up.’ I cleaned that place on my hands and knees and filled in all the nail holes. And to charge me for ‘paint touch up’ when those walls/ceiling had damage from all their leaks is daytime robbery. Of course they don’t reply to multiple emails about these issues so here I am.
If you want to live in an overpriced apartment that smells of wet dog and weed with no one in the leasing office giving a crap about your basic requests- sign up!!
