STAY AWAY
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rancho Palisades. The communication from their team was absolutely terrible. From the moment we started the application process, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and we had to repeatedly hound them just to get basic updates.
After weeks of chasing them down, they finally approved our application, but then THREE WEEKS AFTER again radio silence and being ignored we received the lease... agreement until A DAY before we were supposed to move-in. This last-minute scramble was completely unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. Worst of all we had expressed our urgency of having the process done since we were coming from out of state and still insisted they communicated.
If this is how they handle prospective tenants, I can only imagine how they’d handle ongoing issues once you’re a resident. I would not recommend Rancho Palisades to anyone looking for a smooth, professional leasing experience.
Sadly we had to forfeit the administrative fee because they rudely refused. Stay away from this complex.

I want to clarify that we made every effort to reach out to you after your scheduled move-in date,... following up a day after, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Given the lack of communication, we were unable to move forward with your application and had to make the difficult decision to deny it. I understand how disappointing this situation must have been, and I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
As you noted, there were delays in your application’s approval due to the necessary verifications, and we acknowledge that the timing of the lease agreement was less than ideal. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our processes for future applicants.
