I would not recommend this community. No one‘s is ever at the office. Maintenance is very subpar.

When I first toured in May, they showed off the second floor claiming that the other floors would be updated similarly. It's been 7 or 8 months now and they still haven't made any changes to the other floors yet. All the other floors smell musty and are dark compared to the renovated second floor. Other things to keep in mind: one elevator is broken at least every other month and they make you pay for valet trash even if you'd rather walk it down the hallway yourself.
