Reoccurring issues Moved in 4/01/206 with no screens in bedroom windows. Requested New Screens and they were apparently poorly replaced. returned home from a business trip to screens blown out windows again.

Leak in bathroom toilet again after repairs done a week after moving in. Returned home from a business trip with water all over bathroom floor to yet another leak.

Water Water Water

The water gets shut off a few times a month and yet we also pay high water bills. But the office staff is nice about it so that's a plus

Wonderful Apartment

These apartments and the entire Acacia Apartments are amazing. The management is very quick and efficient to take care of any issues or concerns, and issues that may come up are taken care of in 1 or 2 days. Sometimes that same day. Apartments are always cleaned and the area is always well kept. If you are looking for your first apartment or a better place to stay and live with friendly staff, great rates, and clean then this is the place. We had a great time living here (4 years) and we are sad… to be leaving. We recently got a house, but we will miss our forever apartment.
