Great place to live

I've been living in theses apartments for years, and we have had many managers come through. The staff and maintenance now are great. They work with the tenants to keep the complex clean. Each time I've called with a maintenance issue. They make sure it's taken care of. You do not have to keep calling for the issues to be fixed. Even when the staff is busy. They always make the time to assist. If you are looking for a great place to live with people who truly care.Silverleaf villas is definitely... the place to be.

1/10 Do Not Recommend

Misleading because this property has gone downhill. I loved it here when I moved in several years ago however the new management who is currently in the office has no eagerness to assist or fix tenant issues as they say one thing and do another not in the interest of the tenants.

Home, management

I've been living in these apartments for a few years, and all I can say is i love living here. Silverleaf is home it's quiet, and Tania the new manager is awesome. She is very approachable and always willing to help with any issues you may have. We have alot of people that have been living here for years, so for us this place is home, and between the new management and the maintenance. They make sure the complex is clean and all rules are beingfollowed. If you are looking for a beautiful... apartment complex to call home Silverleaf is the place.

Nicest place I've lived

My husband and I have lived here for four years and have loved every bit of it. Each year we think of moving, we are reminded of the comfortable and spacious apartment we have and no where else compares. Silver leaf villas has truly become our home.

Other than parking....everything is great!

Great location. Quiet community. Nice sized apartments. Only issue...not enough uncovered resident parking spots.
