I have been in apartments in several areas across several states and think everyone looking would like to know the following information: rent here is posted on the 1st and is considered late at midnight the night after the 3rd. Should you miss this deadline, the ONLY type of payment that will be accepted is 'certified funds', which then includes a late fee
That 3 day window is the ONLY time you can post payments online as nothing can be paid in advance.
While the window of 'on time' isn't... unusual, every other apartment I've been in has allowed paying one month in advance, meaning that this is the only apartment I've been at where I don't have basically a month to post the payment. Read More

Rude and terrible staff, filthy apartments and facilities. Horrendous parking. They attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars after moving out for “cleaning fees” even after they kept my deposit.

I would recommend avoiding this complex. I am a responsible dog owner that was recently charged $50 due to my dog, who is well-trained, for peeing in the hallway. This claim is ridiculous and unfounded. When I asked for proof, they provided none, but said they had "witnesses." Sure you do. My dog always relieves himself in designated areas, and is always picked up after. This is just another method to grab money. I would be interested in knowing if other residents have had this issue.
