If you have other options, take them.
The only good thing I can say is the two bedrooms are spacious and set up nicely. But, at least with our apartment, it is definitely old and has not been maintained well at all. Lots of bathroom fixings such as towel bars and toilet paper holders fall off all the time because they're not properly attached. We have outlets that don't work and had a hard time finding a coax cable outlet that actually worked to hook up our internet to.
We've been here a little over a year and the maintenance... request list includes: Upstairs thermometer(broken before we moved in, not fixed beforehand), downstairs heating element(broke 4 separate times before they would replace it & we were without heat for a week when it was 40 degrees outside), ceiling fan lights(electrical issue, not a bulb replacement), hot water heater replacement, leaking kitchen faucet(still not actually fixed to this day), dishwasher completely stopped working. On the dishwasher issue, it is currently broken again and they marked the second request as completed even though maintenance never came to look at it.
The management here is also atrocious, starting from day one. I turned in all of the requested paperwork for move in and the manager replied to the e-mail confirming she had received everything and it was all good. But on the day I was to pick up the keys, I was literally on my way there when they called and said they didn't have any of the paperwork. I then had to forward everything to them again and stand outside the leasing office (couldn't go inside cause of COVID) in the middle of August for over an hour until they finally got everything together. They also cost us $50 cause we put a down payment on a washer/dryer because we were told it was only hook ups in the apartments, but there was in fact machines in our apartment, so we lost the deposit. Now, they never respond to e-mails and if you have to send them any sort of paperwork you'll have to call two or three times just to follow up and confirm they actually received the paperwork. They never call you back, even if they say they will, and in general are just a horrible disorganized mess. Save yourself the hassle and go live elsewhere.
