Just moved in January 18th, so far everything seems cool. Front gate don’t close, building door don’t lock but other than that everything seems fine. 10/10 basically ????

These apartments are newer and have that feeling. The front office has helped with everything they can. It is safe, feels safe, only issue I can say is the yards on some apartments won’t grow grass and the parking situation. I wish covered parking and / or garage weren’t so expensive. I work at night and get home late. I have to always park at the front of the complex and walk to my building which is the furthest.

All I can say is that I will not be renewing my lease. And I will not recommend these apartments to anyone. Living here has not been a good experience since moving here in July. I have stated many times how thin the walls are. I go into my living room or to my car at times to talk on the phone because I don’t want my conversations to be heard. What’s the point in living here if you don’t have any real privacy? The people who live above me are extremely noisy throughout the day/night making it... hard for me to work and study for classes; just a huge inconvenience and nothing is ever done about it. I’m tired of expressing these concerns, I’m just counting down the days my lease is up.

Great looking, modern apartments at a reasonable price in a nice community. Pretty much everything I was looking for! The amenity fee is on the higher side, but the gym, pool, and other amenities and high-speed internet (1 gigabit fiber connection) are included in that so it's worth it.
