PointNorth Apartments

By far the worst apartment complex there is. Maintenance never fixes anything when asked. They always have an excuse for everything. Nothing in the apartment works. My stove went out 3 months ago non of my plugs work in the apartment and A.C just went out!! Plus the refrigerator went out the other day and of course there no one here to fix it. Have asked multiple times and nothing has gotten fix. Plus the the only the manager in the office is only when it’s time to put someone in these horrible... apartments and when it’s time for rent to be due. She has the worst attitude very very unprofessional. When she is in the office the only time you see her is when is smoking cigarettes! And when she is in the office she has the closed sign on the door!!! I’m honestly about to just talk to a lawyer and see what I can do to get out of these apartments! DO NOT RENT HERE!

I am so sorry you had this experience. I am the new manager at Point North, I started January of 2020. There is an awesome maintenance crew here now, they are new as well. Point North was bought out about a year ago so it is under new ownership. We... are in the very beginning stages of making some major changes and improvements. Again I apologize you had a horrible experience here. Thanks, Management
