Overall it is located in a nice area and the community is nice as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the ameneties are not unkept. The pool area could use more maintenance and the grill area as well. The gym could definitely use a bit more work.

The apartment is located in a nice area with good amenities. The only issue is that management and maintenance can be improved. They mark the maintenance request as completed without verifying if it is actually completed or not.

It’s peaceful and quiet all the time. Management always very helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Excellent location close to everything.

Woodway Square is the best for apartment living. It is in a great area; office staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is awesome. They respond quickly and are efficient. I have lived here 20 years and have no complaints!
