while the community is amazing with the residents that live there, as it seems that everyone is friendly, the apartment complex fails to keep up with basic maintenance. the fences are corroding and decaying and falling apart. also, when trying to find out anything about the community or asking for help, the leasing agents get very defensive and say that we have to voice our concerns through email and schedule an appointment with Management s to discuss anything. when you do that no one gets back... to you or is very prolonged to get back to you. another issue that we have is there is no events that are held for the community we have. maybe one or two 4 or 5 months? also, our security seems to be a little lackluster as more and more things have happened even though we've hired a security staff Read More

Only thing getting use to is paid reserved spots. The apartment itself is in a nice area with restaurant options. Park is pretty, most patios have a screen on them which is cool to keep bugs out.

Well I’m still here so I like it enough lol. There’s some flaws like all apartments but I’ve grown here and enjoy my new apartment. Looking forward to see what unfolds.

While the apartment itself is good and well-maintained, the building's flaws are significant. The corridors are consistently in poor condition, but the biggest problem is the mandatory Fetch package service.

This service is terrible. They lost my package, and both Fetch and the apartment management refuse to take any responsibility. Neither will offer a refund or any solution, leaving me with no recourse. It is unacceptable to be forced into a faulty service where no one is accountable.

Just moved in and so far everything has been great. The entire move-in process was smooth, everyone I’ve interacted with has been very friendly and helpful, and the community feels welcoming. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made settling in much easier. Overall, I’ve had a really positive first impression and I’m excited to be living here.
