Altanova Apartments

I have been living here about 4.5 years. I have never had a issue. I always pay on time and for the last 2 years I had reserved parkin added. The spot was marked for my unit and I was told by leasing that it was reserved. When I went to report a vehicle being parked in my spot I was threatened with having my car towed. this is a terrible turn of events.
It seems like the first of many bad interactions to come. the lady in the office was rude, hostile and unconcerned with my needs as a customer.... I don't need this. I won't be renewing my lease I think I'll be moving soon when it is up. Read More

Phones don't work. The level of disregard they have for tenants is unbelievable.

My key broke & emergency maintenance wouldn't answer. 200 dollars to a locksmith & over 20 calls later maintenance came to replace the lock, took off the strike plate & never replaced it despite several calls.

I haven't had a door/lock on my mailbox for literal years but they will close out your maintenance requests.

I have been getting bitten by bugs every night for almost 2 months. They do not care, have told... me to take care of it myself. Threatened to make me pay for it, I asked them what about the rent I pay? They claim pest control inspected my apartment & found nothing. But called me asking if I changed my locks because they lost the new key when maintenance changed my lock. When I told them they changed the lock they hung up on me. 5 minutes later I called back & they said pest control confirmed my apartment was pest free. Tell me how they inspected anything thoroughly in less than 5 minutes? I have screenshots to prove what I'm saying. As well as pictures of actual bed bugs & noone will call back or take me seriously.

Do not be fooled. The company has new owners but nothing has changed. Still impossible to reach. Never gets back to you about problems. & generally don't care about anything other than collecting rent.

If you live here the name of the company that bought this complex is Asset Living. Maybe if enough people call something will change. To be honest i didn't post this for a long time from fear of retaliation. But I'm really not sure how living here could get worse. Read More

The staff made a mistake with my last months rent and still made us pay after we notified them that we’re moving, also it has infestations of all sort: rats, roaches and termites. The maintenance men they have on staff break stuff while they are fixing it in your house they take pictures of women walking by and drink and leave the cans everywhere while on duty overall don’t move here they are going out of business seem like and it shows from the way the do service and treat their tenants

My name is Lakisha and I am a single mother who have been a renter of Vineyard Trace Apartments for 6 months. When being showed the apartment it seemed to be decent so we moved in. Well, after moving in I discovered roach and rat infestation which I told them about and they attempted to fix the issue but didn't work. Then my kids had bite marks everywhere and we discovered it was bed bugs, so I've dealt with alot here but can't afford to move. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone but... on the upside the staff is great and its a quiet area. They just need these roach issues taken care of. Read More
