Great Place

We love living here, it is quiet, seems safe, tucked away, and the amenities are amazing! Having 2 pools available for use is awesome, the maintenance staff are prompt and super friendly. Everyone including neighbors are friendly, and we truly feel apart of a great community here. The buildings are older, however, with the renovations it really brings the place to life and looks great. Landscaping is always well kept, the lake is also an awesome feature! No complaints thus far. I would... recommend!

stay away!!!!

The buildings are old and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does. They just repainted over everything on the outside of each building but it’s already peeling. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Neighbors are rude. Dog crap everywhere. The inside renovations look nice but my rent went up over $300 a month with this last lease renewal. Look elsewhere!

Don't bother paying extra for lake view

I could see the lake from every room in my apt (except the restroom). The new balcony railings now block the view & the sunlight.

Love it here

I continue to love it here. I've made lots of friends at the pool. Love when I'm off and can enjoy the pool. It's mostly quiet, which is nice cause I work nights sometimes and have to sleep during the day.

Great location, well kept grounds

The entire complex is well maintained. It's very rare to find any kind of blight or trash at all. The maintenance staff is very good. It has never taken more than 24 hours to have a problem resolved. Front office is also very helpful.
