The children in the community make it hard to live here. Bad behavior, loud, destroying property, no parent control, and recent crime activity ect.

Can be very quite at times. The staff in the office is very helpful they try to take care of it same day. I can't blame the on the rent because of the economy.

Response time with maintenance is great. Staff is friendly. I have enjoyed living here. Only downside is the kids knocking on your door and running.
