My time here at Kensley apartment has been good. The property is clean well kept and the maintenance people are on top of their jobs. The office is residential friendly, and prompt to answer any questions a resident may have. The parking spaces as well as the buildings and well-led at night, and the trash pickup although their third party do a pretty good job also.

The children in the community make it hard to live here. Bad behavior, loud, destroying property, no parent control, and recent crime activity ect.

Is a nice area for the most part they keep everything together far as the upkeeping of the complex I’ve been here almost 2 years and its nice
