The office staff is a joke, so so so many issues just keeping a manager in office at all. When other people can all say the same thing about it being shady and gross and falling apart they are completely right. I had to start taking my dog all the way to the park down the road just because of how trashy and unkept it is. I have lived here for 8 months and can tell you they DO NOT CARE about anything other then making money. Any issue with maintenance you can basically plan on waiting at LEAST 2... months my dishwasher has been broken since the first month I was living here(move in august 26)Soon after that the only light in the bathroom stopped working, the tap water is completely white, my hot water lasts for maybe three minutes if even that, and just as the weather started to get warm/hot my AC stops working. It has been issue after issue with this apartment complex. Not including the ridiculous lease violations like leaving decorations up for a week after the holiday is over($25 charge)or moving a dog crate onto the balcony to vacuum and clean the carpets ($25 charge)let alone without warning or even just asking for it to be moved or taken down. Not to mention knowing someone has dogs and putting them in a unit with carpet when plenty of other units with hard wood floors were available. Please please save your money and time and go somewhere nicer this apartment complex is not worth what they charge you!!!!

I've been living here for about 6 months. I'm happy with my decision! The complex is quiet, and clean, really quick access to the loop. The apartment itself is a good size for the rent. Also clean inside. Most importantly the front office staff and maintenance have been top notch. I've had several maintenance requests for various items, and they have always been out the same day, even after hours when needed. The facilities like the pool and gym are well maintained. I would definitely recommend... The Enclave to any of my friends looking for a good apartment complex.

Do not rent from here! They charge different people different prices in rent! They paint over mold and the repairs and done two months behind and when done it is crap work! Last summer our apartment AC froze everyday and was sorry you shouldn’t live in an apartment that faces the sun! Management is shady, Belle kept telling me that I needed to pay proration fees move fee app fee and I have been living there for 8 years. Pool is falling apart and never gets worked on. This will be my last year... living here! They offer cheaper rent to new people but nothing for renter retention. There are a lot of other apartments that give discounts and don’t raise your rent so you stay and I have never once been late on rent. I found an apartment complex that would love to have me. Apartments here are not worth the price they are charging.

I recently ended my tenancy at The Enclave, and my experience with this apartment complex has left me utterly dismayed and disgusted. My experience with The Enclave, which has been marred by shady business practices and a complete lack of transparency, especially when it comes to the recovery of my safety deposit.
I want to make it clear that my husband and I were model tenants during our time at The Enclave. We adhered to every aspect of our lease agreement without fail. Our apartment was left... in excellent condition NOTHING could be attributed to anything beyond daily use. Yet, despite our diligence and care, The Enclave displayed bad faith in collecting our safety deposit, knowing full well that they intended to keep it under any and all circumstances.
The Enclave has this absurd policy of withholding the deposit for any trace of dust on the baseboards and corners. This is in an apartment complex where a deep cleaning WAS NOT PERFORMED FOR US as an incoming tenants. The hypocrisy is baffling; they invoke a $110 cleaning fee and a $61 carpet cleaning fee without providing a shred of proof of damage to the carpet or the unit. Instead, they simply point to an addendum in their lease that mentions hiring a professional cleaner if "adequate" cleaning is not performed by the tenant. I wish I could attach the pictures of the apartment to emphasize this madness.
What's worse, I corresponded with the apartment manager over thirteen times, specifically asking her to provide documentation clarifying the charges against us. Instead of transparency, all she sent was a hand-written document citing charges, with no accompanying receipts or substantiating evidence. I guess that at The Enclave, transparency and accountability are optional.
The Enclave's questionable practices extend beyond deposit withholding. Their website, which can be set up for automatic rent withdrawals, randomly stops functioning. Tenants are not informed of this glitch until they receive a notice imposing a $50 late fee for non-payment. To add a Kafkaesque twist, they argue that even if their website fails unexpectedly and tenants are unaware, we should have deposited the money by check in the front office. This policy punishes tenants for their technological failures.
My exit experience at The Enclave has been a nightmare. I would strongly caution anyone considering The Enclave as their next residence to think twice and explore alternatives with fairer and more ethical management practices.
